Yage Huang, SJD

Yage Huang is a legal scholar with a focus on human rights within the criminal justice systems of China and the United States. I earned my Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D.) from Indiana University Bloomington. Her research and publications address a range of human rights issues, including coerced confessions, supervisory detention, illegal investigations, and the use of illegally obtained evidence. Yage currently serves as a Law Reference Librarian at Syracuse University.
