Sarah Kane is a graduate of Duke University with a B.A. in Public Policy, a minor in History, and a certificate in Human Rights. She is passionate about the promotion of human rights and the international community's responsibility to protect the most vulnerable. Sarah's previous work has focused on the effects of armed conflict on civilians and refugees. She previously worked with two NGOs that serve refugees: Kiron in Berlin, Germany, and InfoPark in Belgrade, Serbia. She also serves as Timestream Manager at Genocide Watch, where she monitors, reports on, and creates Timestreams for countries in the MENA and Southeast Asian regions.
