Rodrigo holds a Master’s in Tech Law from Católica Global School of Law, where he specialized in digital rights and platform regulation. His research explored the legal status of AI and data protection. After earning his law degree in Lisbon, he spent six months in Tel Aviv studying political science. He has worked with Defend Digital Me and the Boat Refugee Foundation, focusing on data protection, copyright, and asylum law, and is currently collaborating with the Civil Liberties Union for Europe on undisclosed political influencer propaganda. Rodrigo’s professional interests include freedom of expression, digital rights, and legal theory.
