Richard Quinlan, PhD
Research Analyst, Genocide
Rich Quinlan spent twenty-seven years as a classroom teacher, graduated from Franklin and Marshall College and earned three master’s degrees from Long Island University. Rich graduated from Gratz College in August 2021 with a PhD in Holocaust and Genocide Studies with his dissertation addressing transitional justice and reconciliation in Burundi. He is currently the Director of the Holocaust and Genocide Education Center at St. Elizabeth University in Morristown, NJ.
