Rebecca Kelly, MSc

Rebecca has spent over a decade supporting senior executives across multinational organizations, research institutions, and start-ups in London, New York, and Washington, DC. Her work has focused on improving operations, business development, organizational strategy, communications, and research. She has a strong interest in global affairs and human rights, particularly in how research and advocacy can help inform domestic and international decisions.
Before moving to Washington, DC, Rebecca worked with a research organization in New York that helped international corporations navigate operational risks abroad. She also has experience in the tech sector, where she developed an understanding of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and the political and strategic challenges shaping the industry. Earlier in her career, she was part of the Global Investment Research team at Goldman Sachs, supporting team operations, communications, and event management.
Rebecca is passionate about ensuring people can access reliable, unbiased information to make informed decisions about human rights—both in the U.S. and globally. She believes that strong global relations, diplomacy, and well-researched policy recommendations are critical in protecting human rights and security for future generations. In her spare time, she is in the process of finishing her first novel, which she is currently endeavoring to get published. She also holds an M.Sc. in International Relations and a B.A. in Organizational Behavior and Change from New York University, NYU.
