Miracle Tapia

Research Analyst

Miracle Tapia joined HRRC in July of 2025. She is passionate about understanding the complexities of systemic injustice and is motivated to helping empower communities to build a more just and equitable society. Growing up in predominantly latine neighborhood, inspires her dedication to expanding access to justice, supporting diverse communities, and human rights.
 

Miracle received her B.A in International Global Studies and a minor in Gender Studies from Middlebury College. She graduated in May 2024 after a semester of studying international development in Santiago, Chile. Complementing her studies in Santiago, Miracle also worked at a non-profit supporting sustainable development and women’s political participation through collaboration with peri-urban communities to build and implement locally informed climate resiliency plans.


Prior to joining HRRC, Miracle worked in international development, advancing the
priorities of different international and national communities. Miracle has supported
environmental advocacy focusing on climate policy, community engagement, and youth education. Miracle is passionate about connecting with communities and approaching her work with nuance and compassion.
