Dr. Fredrick Sekindi is senior human rights practitioner with twenty years plus experience. His areas of interest include constitutional designs, electoral laws, gender equality and the rule of law. He has a good record of sector publications.He has worked for the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, civil society and in academia in Eastern and Southern Africa and the United Kingdom.
