David Crane, MA & MSc

David Crane is a research and knowledge management professional whose experience spans across strategy consulting and monitoring and evaluation in the international development sector. He has worked across topics and geographies with a primary focus on education and humanitarian emergencies in Africa and the Middle East.

He recently commenced his PhD at SOAS University of London, where his research focuses on refugee policy across East Africa. He previously graduated with an MA in Refugee Studies, an MSc in Development Studies, and an MA in Economics.

David is particularly passionate about the dissemination of research and news within the human rights sphere to diverse audiences that is accessible and engaging.
