Carla Lagemann
Legal Research Analyst

Carla Lagemann is a young professional interested in the intersection of law and humanitarian action. She holds a first legal degree (LLB) in Comparative Law and a BA in International Relations and is an incoming LL.M. candidate in Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law. She has experience working with NGOs, the United Nations, and in legal and humanitarian contexts. Coming from a multicultural background, Carla values cross-cultural understanding and is especially interested in research on human rights and humanitarian affairs. She hopes to continue into a PhD and further explore academia in these fields in the future.
