As Haitians and Cubans flee their countries by sea, the U.S. turns them away. The Biden administration continues a noticeable anti-asylum rhetoric from Trump's days in office.


HRRC asks the Biden administration to change its policy towards refugees and asylum seekers and continue promoting human rights.
