Gaynor Vambe is a law, human rights, and social development professional with over five years of experience supporting policy development, research, monitoring and evaluation, safeguarding, stakeholder engagement, and organizational learning within development and humanitarian settings. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Honours Degree and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Constitutional and Human Rights Law and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Social Work to strengthen her capacity to work directly with communities and vulnerable populations.
Gaynor has contributed to initiatives focused on human rights, disability inclusion, safeguarding, governance, and community empowerment through her work with national and international organizations. She is particularly passionate about advancing social justice, gender equality, participatory development, and the protection of marginalized groups. Her long-term goal is to contribute to inclusive and sustainable development by bridging law, human rights, and social work to promote equitable and people-centred change.
