Legal Research Analyst
Robert Beltran is a Filipino lawyer who recently got his Master of Laws (LLM) in National Security Law & Cybersecurity Law from George Washington University Law School. Robert got his Juris Doctor from San Beda College Alabang School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Consular & Diplomatic Affairs from De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde. As a practicing lawyer in the Philippines, Robert was a trial lawyer in civil, criminal, and commercial litigation. When Robert was in law school, he was a member of the San Beda College Alabang Legal Aid Center where he rendered legal services to indigent clients under the supervision of an attorney in the school's faculty. Robert's research will focus on the intersection of law, geopolitics, human rights, and civil liberties.
