Mamcy has over 4 years of experience in building Data Analytics and Business Intelligence infrastructure and solutions that have helped increase efficiency in business & non-profit operations. She has a passion for using data to help answer the complex questions that are facing our society. Mamcy is currently working as an Impact Consultant, helping non-profit organizations develop long-term and sustainable practices to help boost their impact. Previously, she worked as the Data Analysis & Policy Fellow at Promote the Vote, a coalition of organizations and individuals dedicated to expanding access to the ballot. During her time at Hood College, she was introduced to the decision-making process at different levels of government. She gained a better understanding of public policy formation, and of the correlation between political and economic problems. It also provided her with experience in research and exposure to the practical world of politics.
