Amone Paulo is a professional in project and programme management, passionate about research, gender equality, education, and community development. He has led initiatives with international organisations, combining rigorous research and analysis with inclusive programme design to strengthen capacity and influence policy.
Amone is pursuing a Master’s in Education and International Development, and has been recognised through global fellowships and programs. He is deeply committed to using evidence-based approaches to empower communities and amplify underrepresented voices.
