Jasmyn J. Tang, MPH

Research Analyst

Teaching International Studies to middle school students at UC Irvine and working as a Registered Behavioral Technician for children with autism, Jasmyn Tang found her interest in the intersectionality of health, education, and social sciences. Wanting to delve deeper, she went to UC Berkeley to study pre-medical sciences and gained her MPH in 2023 at the University of Southern California with a focus in Global Health. With an understanding in both natural sciences and public health, she wants to explore how health and wellbeing can be treated and influenced in a combination of different practices and would like to embody this as a physician in the future. She is currently a Crisis Intervention Counselor for the international nonprofit Crisis Text Line and researching at the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles and Global Environmental Health LAB.
