Sarah Kane is a graduate of Duke University with a B.A. in Public Policy, a minor in History, and a certificate in Human Rights. She is passionate about the promotion of human rights and the international community's responsibility to protect the most vulnerable. Sarah's previous work has focused on the effects of armed conflict on civilians and refugees. She previously worked with two NGOs that serve refugees: Kiron in Berlin, Germany, and InfoPark in Belgrade, Serbia. She also served as Chief Operating Officer at Genocide Watch. Sarah is currently pursuing a Master's in International Affairs with a concentration on conflict and conflict resolution at George Washington University. She works at the International Campaign for Tibet as the Global Partnerships Associate.
